When you join the early-access waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (required).
• Optional survey answers you choose to give: pickup or delivery preference, delivery ZIP code, expected rental duration, the items you are interested in, and any tile or brand preferences you type in.
• The time of your submission, the campaign tags in the link you used to reach us (so we know which community or channel referred you), and your browser’s user-agent string.

We use your email address to let you know when we launch and to offer early access. We use the optional survey answers to understand demand, for example where delivery is wanted and which items people ask for most, so we can plan what to stock. We will not send you unrelated marketing.

We may use standard web analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and understand how people find this site. These tools may set cookies or collect device information under their own privacy policies. You can limit this with your browser’s cookie settings.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site, such as hosting, spreadsheet storage, and email delivery, and only for the purposes described above.

You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@mahjonglibrarytampa.com. We keep waitlist information only as long as needed for launch outreach or until you ask us to remove it.
